You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract. If you use Capitalynx on behalf of a company or fund, you confirm you are authorised to bind that entity.

You must provide accurate, current and complete information and keep it updated.

You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your credentials confidential. Notify us immediately at capitalynx.in@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

You retain ownership of the content you upload (pitch decks, financials, profiles, messages).

You grant Capitalynx a limited, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, display and transmit that content strictly to operate the platform and to show it to users you have granted access to.

You are solely responsible for the legality and accuracy of everything you upload.

Listings must describe a real business and truthful metrics. Fabricated traction, revenue, cap table or team information is prohibited.

Confidential business details remain hidden until you approve an access request.

Capitalynx may edit, hide or remove any listing that appears misleading, unlawful or spammy.

Investors must accurately represent their entity, mandate, cheque size and stage focus.

Impersonating a fund, angel syndicate or family office is a serious breach and results in immediate removal.

Investors must not use founder data for any purpose other than evaluating a potential investment.

Matching scores, pitch analysis, outreach drafts and co-pilot answers are generated algorithmically and may be incomplete or wrong.

They are informational only and are not financial, legal, tax or investment advice. Always verify independently before acting.

Capitalynx is a discovery and workflow platform. We do not guarantee introductions, meetings, term sheets, funding, deal flow or returns of any kind, on any timeline.

Fraud, misrepresentation, fake profiles, spam, harassment, scraping, reverse engineering, illegal fundraising, money laundering, infringement of intellectual property, uploading malware, or circumventing access controls and privacy gates.

The Capitalynx name, logo, interface, design system, AI prompts and underlying software are owned by Capitalynx and protected by applicable law. You may not copy, resell or create derivative works from them without written permission.

We may suspend or terminate an account at any time for breach of these terms, suspected fraud, or legal requirement. You may close your account at any time from your profile settings.

Paid subscriptions terminated for breach are not refundable.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Capitalynx is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, lost profits, lost investment opportunity, or loss of data.

Our total aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at the registered location of Capitalynx in India have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to the dispute resolution clause below.

Parties will first attempt good-faith resolution within 30 days of written notice. Unresolved disputes will be referred to arbitration by a sole arbitrator under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seated in India, conducted in English.
