Subscription Terms

These terms supplement our Terms & Conditions and Refund Policy for paid plans.
Plans and limits
Free: 5 AI searches per month, 3 profile unlocks per month, 1 pitch analysis per month, no exports or deal rooms.
Weekly Pass ($25 / week): unlimited AI matching for 7 days, full pitch analyzer, 15 profile unlocks per week, 1 deal room.
Pro Founder ($89 / month) and Investor Pro ($249 / month): full feature access with fair-use limits described in-app.
Fair use
"Unlimited" is subject to reasonable use. Automated, bulk or abusive usage may be rate-limited.
Upgrades and downgrades
Upgrades take effect immediately with a prorated charge. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Price changes
We give at least 14 days notice before any price change affecting your renewal.
Success fees
Where applicable, transparent success fees on closed rounds are disclosed in-app before you opt in and are never deducted automatically.
