Owned entirely by the uploading user. Capitalynx holds only the limited hosting and display licence described in our Terms.
Capitalynx brand
The Capitalynx name, logo, wordmark, interface and design system are our property. Do not use them to imply partnership, endorsement or affiliation without written permission.
Trademark usage
Third-party logos and fund names displayed on the platform belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only.
Copyright infringement reporting
Send a notice to capitalynx.in@gmail.com including: identification of the work, the URL of the infringing material, your contact details, a good-faith statement, and a statement of accuracy under penalty of perjury.
We review notices promptly, remove infringing material where warranted, and allow counter-notices.
