Refund Policy

The Weekly Pass bills every 7 days. Monthly plans bill every 30 days from the date of purchase. All prices are in USD unless stated otherwise, and applicable taxes are added at checkout.

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. We send a reminder before each renewal where required by law.

You can cancel at any time from Pricing & plans inside the app. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the paid period.

First-time monthly subscribers may request a full refund within 7 days of the initial charge if they have not used AI credits beyond a trial amount.

Weekly Pass purchases are non-refundable once AI features have been used, because usage is consumed immediately.

Duplicate or clearly erroneous charges are refunded in full.

Refunds are not available for accounts terminated for breach of our Terms or Acceptable Use Policy.

Email capitalynx.in@gmail.com with your account email and the charge date. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Payments are processed by third-party providers such as Stripe. We do not store your full card details.
