Escrow Terms

Funds would be held by a licensed third-party escrow or payment institution, never in Capitalynx operating accounts.

Funds release only when the documented conditions agreed by both parties are met and confirmed in writing.

Escrow fees are disclosed before funds are committed and are non-refundable once the escrow is opened.

Disputed escrows are frozen until the parties settle, or a binding decision under the dispute resolution clause of our Terms is issued.
