Prohibited activities
Fraud or deception of any kind.
Fake, impersonated or misrepresented investor profiles.
Fake startups, fabricated traction, revenue or cap-table data.
Unsolicited bulk messaging, spam or automated outreach.
Harassment, threats, discrimination or abusive conduct.
Illegal fundraising or any public solicitation that breaches securities law.
Money laundering, terrorist financing or sanctions evasion.
Copyright, trademark or trade-secret infringement.
Uploading malware, exploits or attempting to breach platform security.
Scraping, bulk exporting or reselling platform data.
Enforcement
We may warn, restrict, suspend or permanently remove accounts, remove content, and report unlawful activity to authorities. Enforcement decisions are at our discretion.
Reporting abuse
Report violations to capitalynx.in@gmail.com with evidence and links. We acknowledge reports within 2 business days.
